I do my very best to accurately describe all products, colors, finishes, dimensions, and materials. However:

• Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

• Handmade and artisan items naturally contain variations that make each piece unique.

• Vintage items may show age-related wear and character.

• Product availability may change without notice.

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after purchase due to inventory discrepancies. If this occurs, you will be contacted promptly and refunded if necessary.

DIY PAINT, ART SUPPLY & CREATIVE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER 🎨

Creative products are intended for artistic and decorative purposes.

Customers are responsible for:

• Following manufacturer instructions

• Using products safely

• Testing products before large-scale use

• Providing proper ventilation where appropriate

Iron Orchid Designs products are artist tools intended for personal creative use.

Original artwork, designs, molds, stamps, transfers, packaging, and instructional materials remain the intellectual property of IOD and/or their respective creators.

Unauthorized reproduction, mass manufacturing, redistribution, or commercial duplication of copyrighted designs is prohibited.

Finished handmade items created using IOD products may generally be sold in accordance with IOD Angel Policies, but the products themselves, instructional content, and artwork may not be copied or reproduced.

HANDMADE ITEMS 💛

Many items sold are handmade or artistically finished by hand.

Because of this:

• No two pieces will be identical

• Slight imperfections are part of handmade charm

• Measurements may vary slightly

• Distressing, texture, patina, brushstrokes, or artistic variation are intentional design elements

These are not flaws, but part of the beauty of artisan-crafted work.

WORKSHOPS, CLASSES & CREATIVE EDUCATION:

Workshop and class purchases reserve your seat and materials.

Because preparation occurs in advance:

• Workshop fees are generally non-refundable

• If you cannot attend, store credit may be offered at my discretion

• No-shows are non-refundable

You are welcome to photograph your own projects during classes, but workshop materials, tutorials, handouts, videos, and instructional content may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

DIGITAL CONTENT & COPYRIGHT

All website content including:

• Photos

• Logos

• Graphics

I carefully package orders with great care and appreciation.

Please note:

• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or holidays are outside my control

• Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please contact me within 3 days of delivery

• Include clear photos of packaging and damage
