I Dream of Sheep Dresser

I was approached by a neighbor, asking if I wanted this dresser. It was a plain, blonde wood, a well-made dresser, just blah. I gladly accepted the dresser, but I had no idea what I was going to do to make it interesting. I then saw a wonderful photo of a French chateau in the countryside, and sheep were grazing in the field, and it struck me that this was the picture I wished to paint. So, not having painted a building in 40 years, and never having painted sheep, I went for it. I think she came out beautifully. I see her in a French country-style bedroom, or in a child’s room, or as beautiful storage in a different part of a house.
